Hi Choir Friend,

A few weeks ago we shared our 2026 roadmap and promised we were moving faster than ever. Today we released the biggest Riser Charts update in Chorus Connection's history. You asked for more customization. We heard you.

New layouts: grids and curved charts
In the past, all Chorus Connection riser charts were straight lines with staggered spots. Now you have more choices to better reflect the range of options you've told us you need for rehearsals and concerts.

Add non-singer objects to your charts
Click an empty spot to block it and add a custom label. Mark where the piano is. Or the church's gorgeous but maddeningly placed marble column in the back row.

Customize the color of each section
We've curated a palette of recommended colors with good contrast. But if that doesn't meet your needs, you've got over 100 colors to choose from.

Rotate your chart
We don't yet have a way for your singers to see riser charts directly in Chorus Connection (we know! we know! it's on the wishlist!), but now you can at least rotate the chart 180° and export or print it from your singers' perspective.

Exporting and printing
Instead of relying on each browser's idiosyncratic Print-to-PDF functionality, we built our own export tool from scratch so we can control the exact output and give you a cleaner, more reliable experience. Use the new tool to download a high-quality image (great for digital sharing) or a PDF (great for printing).

Head to Manage > Riser Charts and check out all the new goodies for yourself!

Thanks again for all your feedback. We love hearing from you and we couldn't do this without you. As always, reach out if you have any questions or comments. And stay tuned for more later this spring!
